Do I need to do the marathon distance all in one go?
No! The benefit of this marathon is that you log the distance however you would like between 10th October- 31st October 2025. Life is busy, there is barely time to train mid season, but this gives you the opportunity to get out and FEEL GOOD by having a goal both physically & mentally whilst giving back to charity as you do.
-
Will there be in person events?
Yes! Whilst it’s up to you to choose how you cover the marathon distance in October, we will be hosting walk/hikes/runs in England, South of France, Spain (Barca & Mallorca) and Antigua. This means you can find community and join like-minded folks to have a natter with while getting out in nature.
If you’re interested in hosting, please contact hello@marathonformentalhealth.com.
